EMERGENCY FIRST RESPONSE PADI

Emergency first response PADI course - 130  $

The Emergency first response padi course is a non-diving certification in Tamarindo that teaches you basic first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and further care.
This is a requirement for all courses taken from Rescue Diver and on.

Primary Care

A certification PADI of non-diving program teaches you basic first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). This program has no minimum age requirements, making it ideal for all family members.

This certification is a prerequisite for all PADI courses beyond the Advanced Open Water Diver. In just a 1/2 day you can build your confidence and know how to act in the event of an emergency.

Secondary Care

Take advantage of your CPR skills by learning how to provide secondary care to a patient when care provided by local emergency services will be delayed.

The secondary care module shows you how to assess diseases, injuries and splint wounds.
Additional skills include an orientation to using an automated external defibrillator, providing oxygen, and dealing with choking adults.
In one day, become a competent emergency responder and then feel more comfortable diving.

Care for Children

The Emergency First Response Care for Children course is designed to help you deal with emergencies involving children. Please add $20 to the cost of the EFR Primary and Secondary Care course price to include Care for Children.

This option will provide you with complete training for emergency situations with all ages.
