Advanced Open
Water Diver

The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course is designed to enhance and refine your diving abilities.

During this course, you’ll have the chance to practice crucial skills such as navigation and buoyancy, while also experiencing the excitement of deep diving and choosing three specialty dives of your preference. With every specialty dive, you complete, you earn credits toward the PADI specialty program.

You can complete this course in just two days and experience the thrill of diving while exploring the depths of the Catalina Islands. Please note that specialty availability may vary throughout the year based on ocean conditions.

Emergency First Response

The Emergency First Response (EFR) PADI course is a non-diving certification program in Tamarindo that teaches basic first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). It is a prerequisite for all PADI courses beyond the Advanced Open Water Diver.

The primary care module focuses on basic first aid and CPR, and can be completed in just half a day. The secondary care module teaches additional skills, including assessment of injuries and use of an automated external defibrillator, and can be completed in one day.

Rescue Diver

Our comprehensive in-water exercises will enable you to manage distressed, tired, panicking, unconscious, and missing divers. You will also learn to assess and address potential dive-related health issues and how to effectively perform rescue skills and techniques.

Are you ready to take the next step in scuba diving? If you have completed your PADI Open Water theory d confined waters, you can join us for an entry-level program that will certify you as an Open Water Diver!

Our experienced and bilingual instructors will pre-assess you to build your confidence and prepare you for amazing dives! During the program, you will do four open water dives with us in Catalina Islands, where you’ll practice and apply the skills you learned in your confined water sessions.

Refresher course

Refresh your diving skills with our half-day Refresher Course. If it has been a while since your last dive, taking this course is essential for your safety and to refresh your skills.

During the course, you will start with a brief review of dive theory, followed by a reminder of equipment assembly. Then, you will practice essential skills, such as clearing the mask. Finally, you will dive twice in Catalina Islands while practicing everything you have learned throughout the course.

Our experienced instructors will guide you through every step of the process, ensuring that you feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire resfresher course.
