If it has been a while since your last dive, taking this course is essential for your safety and to refresh your skills.
This course begins with a brief review of dive theory and equipment assembly, followed by practice of crucial skills such as mask clearing. You’ll also get to dive twice in the Catalina Islands while putting all the skills you’ve learned into practice.

The Refresher Course is designed for certified divers who have been out of the water for an extended period of time and need to refresh their skills and knowledge. The course starts with a brief review of dive theory, including dive planning, underwater communication, and equipment assembly. After that, the instructor will demonstrate essential diving skills, such as mask clearing, regulator recovery, and buoyancy control.
Then, you will have a chance to practice these skills in Catalina Islands for two open water dives to apply everything you have learned. During the dives, the instructor will observe your performance and offer guidance as needed.
For the Refresher Course, you need to already have an Open Water Diver certification. This course is designed to help certified divers who have not been diving in a while and want to refresh their skills and knowledge. All the necessary equipment for the course will be provided by us.
